Finding and carrying your peace
This workshop is a two-hour experiential session aiming to support you to find, define and carry with you, your personal 'place of peace' through an artistic representation. (Don't worry, even if you wouldn't describe yourself as artistic or traditionally creative, you will be able to do this too!).
In a relaxed and creative environment, hosted by Kevin, you get to enhance your well-being by practicing therapeutic, breathing and regulation techniques, while creating art and stories to take away that will support your everyday life beyond the workshop.
By the end of the workshop you will literally be able to carry your place of peace with you anywhere and everywhere you go.
We can offer a range of venues across South Birmingham, groups are kept small (3-5 people). If you have them, you are welcome to bring your preferred art supplies, although we do provide everything you'll need in the session.
The cost is £45* for the basic package for individuals. Corporate rates may differ.
